1. General Terms and Accuracy of Information:

Our custom cruise ship luggage tags are printed based on the information provided by the customer during the ordering process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details, including but not limited to name, cruise line, ship name, sail date, and stateroom/cabin number, are entered correctly.

We are not responsible or liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by the customer. Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before submission.

Any and all information, including but not limited to, the cruise line, cruise ship, sail name, passenger names, stateroom numbers, and/or personalized messages may be printed on your luggage tags and/or receipts. Except in providing proof of purchase with the last 4 digits of your credit card number, credit card payment information is securely stored and not printed on any of our products or related receipts.

In placing an order with us, you recognize and understand the information printed on your luggage tags is intended to identify and aid the luggage handlers in the delivery of your luggage. The handling and delivery of your luggage, with or without the use of the luggage tags in your order, is the sole responsibility of the individuals and companies for which provide the luggage handling services and you agree that MyBagTagz.com carries no liability for the handling of your luggage. Customers are encouraged to contact their cruise line for questions or concerns regarding the handling of luggage.
2. Changes to Cruise Vacation Information:

If there are any changes to the information related to the cruise vacation after the order has been placed (e.g., stateroom changes, sail date changes, name changes), the customer acknowledges that the ordered luggage tags may no longer be accurate.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to place a new order for updated luggage tags with the correct information.
3. Third-Party Provider:

We are a third-party luggage tag provider and, except in the case of private labeling where we provide cruise luggage tags for cruise lines on a privately contracted basis, do not have an exclusive partnership or affiliation with any cruise line. Our products are designed to assist customers in identifying their luggage and aid in the handling of it, but are not endorsed or directly affiliated with any specific cruise line.

Any logos, trademarks, or other cruise line-related symbols used in the design of the luggage tags are for illustrative purposes only and do not imply endorsement or partnership.
4. Refunds and Discounts:

Orders are processed promptly, and changes cannot be made once an order has been placed. As a result, refunds or discounts may not be issued for orders that have already shipped. If you encounter a change in your order details and we have not yet shipped your order, we will make a reasonable attempt, without guarantee, to update the order details, except in the case where orders have already been processed and/or shipped. Contact us via email (contact@mybagtagz.com) with your requested order updates.

If a customer requires updated luggage tags due to changes in cruise vacation details, a new order must be placed, and standard pricing will apply. You may not receive a refund or discount for new orders.
5. Shipping and Delivery:

We strive to process and deliver orders in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays, customs procedures, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may be required when requesting returned orders to be shipped again. Orders that are returned to us by the shipping carrier as a result of an incorrect shipping are not eligible for refund.
6. Customer Communication:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. We will use the provided contact information for order confirmation, communication about any issues, and shipping notifications. Customer information is never sold to third-parties that do not have direct affiliation with the fulfillment or shipment of orders.
7. Exclusive Branding Agreements​

In cases where we have entered into a sales agreement for exclusive branding and/or private label products and services, the terms and conditions of those agreements may very from our general terms and conditions as published on our website. Please refer to your sales agreement for the tailored terms and conditions that apply to that agreement.
8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right, for any reason, to refuse acceptance of any order prior to completion and you agree that we shall have no liability of any kind to you or to any other persons or third party arising from such refusal.
9. Acceptance of Terms:

By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand these terms before completing the order.
10. Luggage Tag Design Variation

Major design components in the luggage tags, as marketing on this website and in advertising outlets, will remain consistent with the final delivered product. As part of general printing color variation, some minor adjustments to luggage tag design may be present in the delivered product.
